Vanessa is a former Air Force veteran and dedicated detox nurse with a wide range of experience, from correctional and mental health care to hospice, home health, and wound care.

Having personally endured injuries, PTSD, trauma, and loss, Vanessa brings deep empathy and strength to her work, understanding that sometimes healing comes not day by day, but minute by minute.

Outside of nursing, she stays grounded through spending quality time with her family, to Jiu Jitsu, hunting, running, hiking, and training Gracie, her German shepherd.
