Nicole Jacobs brings over 13 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field, with a strong background in clinical outreach and admissions. She completed her education in Drug and Alcohol Counseling at Centaur University in 2015 and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families as they navigate the path to recovery.

Nicole is deeply passionate about helping people find hope, connection, and sustainable support during some of life’s most difficult moments. Her work is guided by compassion, integrity, and a thoughtful understanding of the full treatment continuum, shaped by years of hands-on collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Committed to professional growth, Nicole has participated in ongoing training and continuing education and has been mentored by respected leaders within the behavioral health industry. This dedication allows her to remain ethical, informed, and truly client-centered in her work.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, prioritizing fitness and wellness, and being with her family and her three furry companions. She believes balance, connection, and overall well-being are essential, both personally and throughout the recovery process.
